As the developers has said before, this has been a sensitive topic and should not be talked about that much. However, in light of the new update on Yom Network's "DayZ" I would like to point out that they yet again had taken textures from our RS pack.

Yeah, they have taken a bunch of textures from other servers resource packs as well. The FAMAS and Suicide Bomb on YomNetwork are just the FAMAS model and C4 model from Mineplex's "Minestrike".
You put in the work and someone else just takes it like that? Not cool. What do you usually do in a case like this?
