It might be that you're using 1.14.3. While the game still plays "well" on 1.14, it's best if you just downgrade to 1.13 or (even better) 1.12 for the time being.

If that doesn't work, please report back to us about the issue. We'll look into it.

Like every other version that has been surpassed, 1.11 and 1.12 will be phased out eventually. Just not as soon as you think.

Your 3rd sentence into this player report is exactly why we haven't banned them yet. They're just not cheating. Mesryn mocks other players that call them a cheater because they know they aren't cheating, but other people do. No action will be taken.
